Service Description
Led by Tabitha Tatum, Occupational Therapist and owner of Mālama YNBT, this event will provide little ones ages 2-3 (plus one caregiver) with opportunities to explore their minds, bodies, and various self-regulation techniques in a safe, nurturing environment with others. Class includes sensory activities, calming techniques, yoga mat & all class materials. As always, this class is open to kids of ALL abilities- we will ensure your child is successful! Please contact us if your child would benefit from individualized accommodations. Space is limited to ensure small teacher-student ratio. Drop-In Rate: $30 All 4 Classes: $88 Additional Discount for Afterglow Yoga Members: $80 for All 4 Classes A class for adults, Yoga Foundations, will also be led at the studio 4-5pm. It can be booked on our website under the "Book Online" page.
